Mal-uk Intensive Driving Courses Privacy Policy

Mal-uk Driving School has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy and protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services, we collect. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

1. Information Collected During Your driving course namely your name. address, driver licence number and theory pass details.

In order to take a driving course learner drivers are required to disclose the above details together with contact phone number and email address.

Should you purchase a course of lessons with your credit card, this information will not be held by Mal-uk driving school as the PayPal secure website is used for all transactions.

2. Our Use of Your Information

Your information is used soley for the purpose of giving you driving lessons and communicating to you whilst you are in the process of taking your lessons.
Once you have passed your driving lessons your details will be kept for a 3 month period in case of any follow up requests.
Your details are never disclosed or sold to a 3rd party unless it is for the purpose of booking your driving test. Your details will then be forwarded to the DSA.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Driving Standards Agency Driving Instructor Code of Practice.
